The set of classes primarily focuses on improving your strength, stability, concentration and balance with a special focus on the flexibility of your hips. Danielle specialises in designing beautiful flowing classes with an emphasis on working with your breath.

Class 1: Focuses on improving your strength, balance and concentration. It has an emphasis on a flowing practice where you move smoothly between postures while working with the breath.

Class 2: Focuses on improving your strength, balance and concentration. It has an emphasis on the therapeutic benefits of flowing movement where you move smoothly between postures while working with the breath.

Class 3: Focuses on improving your strength, balance and concentration. It also has a strong emphasis on the therapeutic benefits on flowing with the breath.

Class 4: Focuses on developing your strength, balance, hip stability and opening through your hips. It has an emphasis on a flowing practice where you move smoothly between postures while working with the breath.

Class 5: Focuses on improving your strength, balance, concentration whilst opening your hips. The flowing practice has a strong emphasis on moving with the breath.

Class 6: Focuses on improving your strength, stability and balance whilst opening the hips. Danielle designs beautiful flowing classes with an emphasis on working with your breath.

These classes are intermediate level (also suitable for advanced beginners) and available separately or as a complete set of 6 classes.

Check out our latest release – Complete set of 4 Yoga Synergy Classes by Yoga Synergy teacher, Simon Borg-Olivier. These classes are part of the first series of Yoga Synergy classes.

Yoga Synergy Open Class 1: Introductory Practice. This class focuses on some basic standing postures, as well as wrist flexes & lateral stretches that work on lengthening & strengthening the body, and rejuvenating the spine. This class is designed as a warm up for the whole body and is suitable for people new to yoga. You can do this classes as a complete practice, or in combination with classes 2, 3 or 4.

Yoga Synergy Open Class 2: Grounding & Standing Postures. The 2nd of a series of open-level classes, this class focuses strengthening the legs, and developing your sense of groundedness. This is a more dynamic practice designed for experienced practitioners and ideally follows the warm-up segment from Open Class 1.

Yoga Synergy Open Class 3: Floor Postures. This is the third of a series of open-level classes that focuses on forward bends, back bends and core-strengthening. This class builds on work from Classes 1 & 2. This is a more dynamic practice designed for experienced practitioners, and ideally follows the warm-up segment in Open Class 1, and dynamic practice from Open Class 2.

Yoga Synergy Open Class 4: Gentle Practice. This is the fourth in a series of open-level classes designed to be suitable as a one-off exercise for beginners. It is also ideal as a cool down to complete a more dynamic and longer practice flowing from Classes 1, 2 & 3. This practice focuses on twists, gentle backbends, hip-openers, and breathing exercises.

Developed by experienced Kundalini and Hatha teacher Patty Kikos, these 4 short 20-minute routines are the perfect way to warm-up for your day ahead or your kundalini kriya.

Patty Kikos is a teacher trainer for Kundalini Yoga teacher training in Australia, and designed is open-level program for anyone who wants to energise their body at any time of their day.

Class 1: This class takes you through the several sets of sun salutations to energise and warm you up for your day ahead or before starting a Kundalini Kriya (practice).

Class 2: This class covers the Sun Salutes with floor poses such as Cat and Cow Pose that energise the movement of breath in the body. It will also release tension in your back and shoulders.

Class 3: This class uses the energising sun salutations series together with lunge variations and twists to open up your hips and warm up your stomach muscles and meridians.

Class 4: This class uses the sun salutes to explore plank variations and low cobra pose. This short warm-up will give your energy a boost, getting you ready for your day ahead or for a full Kundalini practice.
