Looking for a yoga style that balances both an energetic and a deep restorative practice?
Yin Yoga and Yang Yoga are based on the ancient Chinese principles of Yin (passive & restorative) and Yang (flowing and energetic).
Yin Yoga is a slow-moving style that holds postures for long periods of time, usually with the support of props. There is a strong meditative focus to this practice, as Yin Yoga targets to relax deep, connective tissues, tendons, ligaments and cartilage, with stretches slowly coaxed out and quietly held.
Simon Low, one of the most popular teachers in the UK, uses his calm, deep voice to take you through the meditative Yin in two exciting classes.

Simon Low explains Yin and Yang Yoga
We recommend that you explore both styles as they are complementary. Simon Low has designed these programs complete with an introductory track, a tutorial track, and a separate audio-led practice in full swing!
All you need for any of the practices is a yoga mat, comfortable clothing and bare feet.
