Hatha Yoga Intermediate Class 3
This hatha intermediate class by experienced Sydney yoga teacher Danielle Dolev focuses on improving your strength, balance and concentration. It also has a strong emphasis on the therapeutic benefits on flowing with the breath.
This is the third in a six class set. While it is a stand-alone class it does build on the postures in the two preceding classes. All you will need for this practice is a yoga mat.
This is an intermediate level class (also suitable for advanced beginners) and is 52 minutes in length.
