Hatha Yoga Intermediate Class 1
This hatha intermediate class by Sydney yoga teacher Danielle Dolev focuses on improving your strength, balance and concentration. It has an emphasis on a flowing practice where you move smoothly between postures while working with the breath.
This is the first in a six class set. All you will need for this practice is a yoga mat.
This is an intermediate level class (also suitable for advanced beginners) and is 60 minutes in length.
