Chakras Yoga Classes

Chakra Yoga Routines

Do you feel energetically-blocked but can’t explain why? Have you always been fascinated by the chakras?

Then you will enjoy exploring our Chakra yoga series by experience yoga teacher Patty Kikos!

The chakras run from the base of your spine to the crown of your head. Each of the seven chakra is a point of energy that generates physical, emotional and spiritual elements. In Kundalini Yoga there is an eighth chakra which is your aura. When these energy centres are blocked or made inactive, our body reacts by succumbing to disease and emotional problems.

Patty’s Chakra yoga series provides you with the tools to cleanse and harmonise the healthy free-flow of energy running through and around your chakras.

Kundalini Yoga Chakras Classes

Join Patty Kikos as she guides you on your journey through each of the 8 Chakras or energy centres:

  1. Muladhara Chakra – Base or Root Chakra (base of spine or coccyx)
  2. Swadhisthana Chakra – Sacral Chakra (ovaries/prostate)
  3. Manipura Chakra – Solar Plexus Chakra (naval area)
  4. Anahata Chakra – Heart Chakra (heart area)
  5. Vishuddha Chakra – Throat Chakra (throat and neck area)
  6. Ajna Chakra – Brow or Third Eye Chakra (pituary gland)
  7. Sahasrara Chakra – Crown Chakra (pineal gland or third eye)
  8. The Aura

We recommend starting with the Base Chakra Yoga class and progressing up through the series to the Aura Yoga class. You are also free to choose from these classes as they become available, depending on which particular chakra you would like to balance.

For these yoga classes you will need a yoga mat, comfortable clothing (preferably in natural fabrics), and practice with bare feet.
