Hatha Yoga Intermediate Class 4
This hatha intermediate class by Sydney yoga teacher Danielle Dolev focuses on developing your strength, balance, hip stability and opening through your hips. It has an emphasis on a flowing practice where you move smoothly between postures while working with the breath.
This is the fourth in a six class set. While it is a stand-alone class, it does build on the postures in the three preceding classes. All you will need for this practice is a yoga mat.
This is an intermediate level class (also suitable for advanced beginners) and is 60 minutes in length.
