  • General Level

    The intensity of this class or set of classes is suitable for all levels of experience (i.e. it is general / open level).

  • Gentle to Moderate

    The intensity of this class or set of classes is gentle to moderate. It is suitable for people with no experience of yoga or beginners.

  • Moderate

    The intensity of this class or set of classes is moderate. It is suitable for people who are generally fit or have some experience with yoga.

  • Strong

    The intensity of this class or set of classes is strong. It is suitable for people who are physically fit and have yoga experience.
