Hatha Yoga Intermediate Class 2
This hatha intermediate class by Sydney yoga teacher Danielle Dolev focuses on improving your strength, balance and concentration. It has an emphasis on the therapeutic benefits of flowing movement where you move smoothly between postures while working with the breath.
This is the second in a six class set. While it is a stand-alone class it does build on the postures in the preceding class. All you will need for this practice is a yoga mat.
This is an intermediate level class (also suitable for advanced beginners) and is 59 minutes in length.
