20-Minute Yoga (Evening) – Class 1: Calm & Centring
This first evening class focuses on calming and centring you after a long busy day!
Evening Class 1 – Calm & Centring: This practice can be done at any time to help release and reverse the tensions that have built up in your body during the course of your working day. For example a simple lunge will stretch out those tight hip flexor muscles that have contracted by sitting all day at your desk.
This is an open level class and is 20 minutes in length.
