Hatha Yoga Intermediate Class 6
This hatha intermediate class by Sydney yoga teacher Danielle Dolev focuses on improving your strength, stability and balance whilst opening the hips. Danielle specialises in designing beautiful flowing classes with an emphasis on working with your breath.
This is the sixth in a six class set. While it is a stand-alone class, it does build on the postures in the five preceding classes. All you will need for this practice is a yoga mat.
This is an intermediate level class (also suitable for advanced beginners) and is 56 minutes in length.
