Hatha Yoga Intermediate Class 5
This hatha intermediate class by Sydney yoga teacher Danielle Dolev focuses on improving your strength, balance, concentration whilst opening your hips. The flowing practice has a strong emphasis on moving with the breath.
This is the fifth in a six class set. While this class can be done as a stand-alone practice, it does build on the postures in the four preceding classes. All you will need for this practice is a yoga mat.
This is an intermediate level class (also suitable for advanced beginners) and is 60 minutes in length.
