Hatha Yoga for Beginners Class 6
Class 6 works on your core strength, introducing you to Chair Pose (Utkatasana), and Boat Pose (Navasana). It also integrates the Sun Salutations and poses learned from the previous work-out continuing to work on your stability and balance.
A wonderful dynamic practice – you get to complete a flowing gentle class and witness your progress from the previous classes. This is a beautiful home practice you will revisit time and time again!
