This class introduces you to Warrior 1 and 2 (standing postures referred to in Sanskrit as Virabhadrasana 1 and 2). Sarah also shares inspiring words about another yoga precept called ‘Tapas’, which translates to ‘discipline’ or ‘the fire within’.
Here you are introduced to one form of pranayama (breath practice), called Ujjayi Breathing.
