Hatha Yoga for Beginners Class 1
Class 1 introduces you to Mountain Pose (Tadasana) and the first of the standing postures. Here you will explore the idea of moving in time with the breath (Vinyasa). The theme for this class is Ahimsa (Non-Violence).
The class offers a complete-body practice with some twists, forward bends and balancing postures, finishing with a relaxation section and short meditation.
