Hatha Yoga for Beginners Class 5
This class introduces you to Triangle Pose (Trikonasana) and Shoulder-Bridge Pose – a gentle back bend (Setu Bandhasana). Sarah also talks about the concept of ‘Balance’ in yoga, in relation to the ‘Middle Path’.
