Every time we go to Samadhi it feels like we never left. You see familar faces, the space is welcoming, and the classes are always fun. They offer the full spectrum from restorative yoga to dynamic vinyasa practice, and a wide range of workshops and events (check out their schedule for more details).
They also offer teacher training which has a good balance of theory and practical work. Highly recommended if you want to be teach yoga or just want to expand your yoga practice.
