Yoga Synergy Open Class 1: Introductory Practice
This class focuses on some basic standing postures, as well as wrist flexes & lateral stretches that work on lengthening & strengthening the body, and rejuvenating the spine.
This class is designed as a warm up for the whole body and is suitable for people new to yoga.
After finishing this class, you can progress via three options:
OPTION 1: You can finish this class and lie down in Savasana (Relaxation) for 10-15mins!
OPTION 2: Complete class 1 and proceed to class 2 or class 3 for a deeper practice. Classes 2 & 3 are suitable for more experienced or intermediate level students. Then lie down in Savasana (Relaxation) for 10-15mins!
OPTION 3: Complete class 1 and then proceed to class 4. This is a gentle practice also suitable for beginners. If you are coming from Classes 2 & 3, this class has also been designed to cool you down as a perfect ending to your stronger practice. Finish your practice with Savasana (Relaxation) for 10-15mins, or until you are rested!
This is an open level class and is 19 minutes in length.
