Sun Salutations Warm-ups Class 4
Want to start your day energised and relaxed?
Developed by experienced Hatha teacher Patty Kikos, these routines are the perfect way to start your day or warm-up for your Kundalini kriya. They are drawn from Patty’s teaching experience in Vinyasa Hatha Yoga, and from extensive work she’s done conducting Kundalini Teacher Training courses. This is an open-level program suitable for anyone who wants to energise their body at the start of their day.
In Class 4 – the Sun Salutations, Plank & Low Cobra – you will use the Sun Salutations to explore plank variation and low cobra. It will provide you with a full body Yoga experience, and finishes with a sitting relaxation meditation.
This is an open level class and is 20 minutes in length.
