Sun Salutations Warm-ups Class 2
If you’re getting ready for your day ahead, or want a quick warm-up before diving into your kundalini kriya, this sun salutation covers the sun salutes with floor poses such as cat pose and cow pose that energise the movement of breath in the body. It will also release tension in your back and shoulders.
Developed by experienced Kundalini and Hatha teacher Patty Kikos, these routines are the perfect way to warm-up for your Kundalini kriya. They are drawn from Patty’s teaching experience in Vinyasa Hatha Yoga, and from extensive work she’s done conducting Kundalini Teacher Training courses. This is an open-level program suitable for anyone who wants to energise their body at the start of their day.
This is an open level class and is 20 minutes in length.
