Getting ready for your day and want to be energised? Or are you about to commence your Kundalini Practice and need to warm-up your body?
Developed by experienced Kundalini and Hatha teacher Patty Kikos, these 1 of 4 short 20-minute routines are the perfect way to warm-up for your day ahead or your Kundalini kriya.
They are drawn from Patty’s teaching experience in Vinyasa Hatha Yoga, and from extensive work she’s done conducting Kundalini Teacher Training courses. This is an open-level program suitable for anyone who wants to energise their body at the start of their day.
This is an open level class and is 16 minutes in length.
