Sun Salutations Warm-ups Class 3
Getting ready for your day and need to energise your body? Or are you about to commence your Kundalini Practice and need to warm-up?
This class uses the Sun Salutations as the basis to explore lunge variations to open up your hips, and twists to warm up your stomach meridians.
Developed by experienced Kundalini and Hatha teacher Patty Kikos, these routines are the perfect way to warm-up for your kundalini kriya. They are drawn from Patty’s teaching experience in Vinyasa Hatha Yoga, and from extensive work she’s done conducting Kundalini Teacher Training courses. This is an open-level program suitable for anyone who wants to energise their body at the start of their day.
This is an open level class and is 22 minutes in length.
