This Program includes 5 Tracks that includes a tutorial track and 4 led practices.

It focuses on further developing your proficiency in: Ujjayi Pranayama (Controlled Expanded Breathing); Viloma Pranayama 1, 2 and 3 (Staggered or Staged Breathing); Nadi Sodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing); Bastrika (an energising-heating breath) and Sitali (a cooling breath).

These classes build on the the Complete Introduction to Pranayama (Program) by applying the techniques for longer durations of time, and also by introducing Bastrika Pranayama.

This 5-Track Tutorial Program further develops the principles and practices from the Introduction to Pranayama Program.

Tracks 1: Pranayama Tutorial Track (6 mins)

This goes through the fundamentals of the different types of pranayama exercises explored in this program, including Bastrika Pranayama. This provides a review of the basic principles with additional concepts to deepen your practice.

Track 2: Led Practice – Ujjayi Breath (5 mins)

This led practice class further explores Ujjayi Pranayama, and introduces breath retention in your practice.

Track 3: Led Practice – Viloma Pranayama (8 mins)

This led practice further explores Viloma Pranayama incorporating the practice of breath retention.

Track 4: Led Practice – Nadi Sodhana (10 mins)

This led practice further explores Surya Bedhana (Sun-Piercing Breath), Chandra Bedhana (Moon-Piercing Breath), and Nadi Sodhana (Alternate Nostril Breathing).

Track 5: Led Practice – Bastrika & Sitali (8 mins)

This led practice introduces and explores Bastrika (a heating-breath) and Sitali (a cooling breath).
