DRU Yoga Grounding and Centreing
This DRU Yoga class for Grounding & Centreing, by DRU Yoga teacher-trainer – Trish Brown, is designed to improve your sense of balance and coordination, and gently tones your whole body. It cultivates calmness and stability, supporting you to build a firm foundation where you feel connected to everything.
