Ashtanga Yoga Intermediate Class 1
Paul Frechtling is well-know for his “metronomic” blissful classes. Here, Paul guides you through a modified version of the Primary Series in Ashtanga Yoga. As an intermediate class this practice is suitable for advanced practitioners in yoga. Postures include headstand (Sirsasana), shoulder stand (Sarvangasana), and Bhuja buddhasana. Physical fitness and advanced yoga experience is essential.
PLEASE NOTE: This class is for advanced intermediate ashtanga yoga practitioners. It is not designed for beginners or anyone new to yoga. If you are an advanced practitioner but have never practised Ashtanga Yoga before, we recommend practising this under the supervision of a certified Ashtanga Yoga teacher.
