Yoga for Osteo Arthritis Class 1
This routine which has been specially designed as an alternative or additional way to relieve the condition of hip-arthritis, is designed by Eve Grzybowski based on her own personal journey with this condition since 1992.
This Program has three tracks:
Track 1 – Here Eve shares with you her personal journey on this progressive disease, including background and information on osteo-arthritis, including tips on how she survived it.
Tracks 2 & 3 – Track 2 is a brief introduction to the yoga practice, and Track 3 is the 26-minute guided practice by Eve.
This is an open level class and is 39 minutes in length.
