Guided Meditation Class 1 – Deep Relaxation
This class is designed to relax you into well being, and support you to manifest positive changes in your life. Track 1 is a short 15-minute guided practice — an easy short practice to access anywhere to de-stress, relax and re-focus. This track can be used as a stand alone practice or as a preliminary to longer practices. Track 1 can be used to start off your morning, or before going to bed, or as a “pick-me-up” during the day.
Track 2 leads into a longer practice that takes you through deeper relaxation, working on harmonising different main energetic points in the body (also called Chakras).

Track 2 – Chakra Awareness Meditation – Deep Relaxation (Longer Guided Practice)
This is an open level class and is 43 minutes in length.
For your practice it is recommended that you have a yoga mat & cushion to lie or sit on for your comfort, and a blanket to keep you warm.
