Yoga Therapy

We have a selection of yoga classes for the following yoga therapy areas:

• Hip Arthritis Exercises by renowned Sydney teacher Eve Grzybowski – this routine is for anyone who is living with osteoarthritis. Eve shares this therapeutic routine that has worked for her in her own personal journey with osteo arthritis.
• Post Operative / Hysterectomy Exercises by renowned Sydney teacher Eve Grzybowski – this routine is perfect for anyone recovering from abdominal surgery such as a hysterectomy or hernia. These therapeutic program has been designed based on Eve’s own experience with hysterectomy.
• Joint-Freeing Exercise Yoga Class by renowned Sydney teacher Eve Grzybowski. These exercises remove, or at least decrease, blockages in the body and the joints that prevent the free-flow of energy.
• Yoga for Menstruation Class by experienced teacher – Ana Davis. It works to soften and release tension in the abdominal area which can ease the discomfort of menstrual cramps.
