In this flowing, dynamic class, Jane Thomas guides you on how to use the rhythm of your breath, as you move in and out of poses. These 20-minute routines have different themes.

20-Minute Day and Evening Routines have a range of themes, from Energising, Centring, Balancing, Body-Opening routines to suit your needs within your available time! The evening classes are calming and restorative, giving you perfect opportunity to relax and unwind.

Apply these routines to start your morning, at lunchtime, or as wonderful reason to take a break during the day. Just Print and Play! Print out your Visual Guides and pop your audios in your MP3, CD player or laptop, and you’re all set! All you need is a yoga mat, comfortable clothing and bare feet!

Spend just 20 minutes every morning on any of these routines and you will feel energetic, focused and calm for the rest of your day!
