Teaching yoga since 1996, Ana’s draws inspiration from various styles ranging from Iyengar, Satyananda and Ashtanga Yoga. Ana founded Bondi Bliss Yoga Studio (Sydney) in 2003 where she began her journey of specialising in Prenatal and Postnatal yoga – this naturally evolved after the birth of her son in 2004.
Now based in Byron Bay (Northern New South Wales), Ana teaches classes and trains other teachers in the specialised area of pre & post natal yoga. She teaches the Women’s Health Teacher Training and Retreats for Byron Yoga Centre, one of the biggest yoga studios in Byron Bay.
Ana is also a freelance writer, writing on yoga, wellbeing and parenting issues. Her articles appear regularly in the Australian Yoga Life & Wellbeing Magazines.
