To view your Visual Guides, we recommend you use one of the following programs:

Mac Only: Preview. This application comes standard with the Mac Operating System. Check your applications folder.

Video Streaming

All videos on Live Yoga Life use the new flash software that allows for faster high-quality full screen streaming. It is compatible with all browsers on both PC and Mac computers.

When viewing our videos, if you experience a blank screen you need to download the latest Adobe Flash Player.

Note: This download is a standard upgrade to your current flash player. It is completely safe for your computer and browser.
